Indigenous Arts Program - Now Open!

We are now accepting applications for select programs in the Indigenous Arts Program (IAP). With a new deadline of April 15, 2020, the delivery of IAP funding has been restructured and will now be accepting Spring and Fall intakes for different programs.

The Spring 2020 intake includes the following:

  • Community Arts Infrastructure Previously named "Community Land-Based Arts", this program supports minor renovations and improvements of arts and culture workspaces with funding up to $20,000. Projects must be initiated and directed by Indigenous artists, arts and culture organizations or collectives.

  • Organizations & Collectives This program supports Indigenous organizations, societies, First Nations communities and arts collectives that have a stated and demonstrated commitment to Indigenous arts development and practice. Funding is available for up to $30,000.

Applications are accepted from Indigenous, (status, non-status, Métis and Inuit) artists, organizations and collectives located in B.C.

NEW! For the first time, we are accepting Indigenous Arts Programs applications online using the new FPCC Grant Portal. The portal makes it simpler and faster to apply for funding while placing all your grant information at your fingertips. To learn more about the FPCC Grant Portal: click here.

**NOTE: Applicants that received funding for the 2019/2020 program year will not be eligible to apply for 2020/2021 funding until their program is complete and final reports have been submitted. Those applicants are advised to apply in Spring of 2021/2022 year.
